Case studies: Moldavia on the occasion of the Academic Days from Iași 2017, within the section Current Benches in Rural Development.
Abstract:
The large number of rural households with little land properties, territorial dispersion in various bodies of area and consistent funds of agricultural land in the build-up areas of the localities, commonly around every household, raises the question of the necessity for identifying the weight of build-up agricultural lands and their usages.
The holding of the build-up agricultural lands is done under totally different circumstances by comparison with the holding of field lands, a feature that sketches several viable courses of intensive usage which take into account the obvious zonal characteristics. The build-up agricultural lands have a high economic potential which is difficult to deny.
